I am a Partner at Menzies LLP and lead our Charities sector team, supporting a wide range of organisations across the sector. I work closely with trustees, finance teams and leadership groups, helping them navigate both their compliance obligations and the wider strategic challenges facing charities today.
My experience spans charity audits and independent examinations, alongside broader advisory work including governance, group structures, risk management and regulatory matters. I particularly enjoy helping organisations balance strong financial stewardship with delivering long-term impact.
During my career at Menzies, I have been fortunate to hold a variety of roles that have shaped my technical and commercial expertise. I was the firm’s first dedicated technical specialist within audit, supporting both clients and internal teams, while also contributing to HLB’s global compliance initiatives. As Partner and head of the Charities sector team, I am proud to lead a specialist team committed to supporting organisations across the Charity and Not-for-Profit sector.
What I value most is building long-term relationships with clients and supporting organisations that make a genuine difference within their communities.
Outside of work, sport and exercise are a huge part of my life. Whether it’s fitting in a 5k run before the commute, playing competitive netball, or coaching my son’s rugby team, I enjoy the teamwork, discipline and sense of achievement that sport brings.
