Professional Indemnity Insurance
In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, our professional indemnity insurers are administered by Marsh Limited, of Tower Place, Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 5BU. The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.
Bribery Act 2010
It is the Firm’s policy to conduct all of its business in a transparent, honest and legal manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and we are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, in respect of our UK business and our business dealings abroad.
The Firm will monitor the effectiveness and review the implementation of this policy regularly, considering its suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. Any amendments to the policy following the review will be notified to staff after they are made.
This policy is implemented in accordance with the Bribery Act 2010 (the “Bribery Act”). It applies to all individuals working with the Firm, including partners, managers, employees (whether permanent, fixed-term or temporary), consultants, contractors, trainees, interns, staff seconded to the Firm from elsewhere, home-workers, casual workers, agency staff, volunteers, agents or any other person connected to the Firm’s business or any of its subsidiaries or their employees located in the UK and abroad (referred to as “staff” in this policy).
Criminal Finances Act 2017
It is the Firm’s policy to take a zero-tolerance approach to tax evasion in the UK and abroad. The Senior Management are committed to the implementation of this policy.
This policy is implemented in accordance with the Criminal Finances Act 2017 and the firm meets all of its requirements under this act. It applies to all individuals working with the Firm, including partners, managers, employees (whether permanent, fixed-term or temporary), consultants, contractors, trainees, interns, staff seconded to the Firm from elsewhere, home-workers, casual workers, agency staff, volunteers, agents or any other person connected to the Firm’s business or any of its subsidiaries or their employees located in the UK and abroad.
