MAKING A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER: OUR 2024 CHARITABLE GIVING HIGHLIGHTS

At Menzies, our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is rooted in giving back to our communities, supporting causes that matter to our people, and making a difference both locally and nationally. In 2024, our people came together to raise vital funds, volunteer their time, and get stuck into a wide range of activities – all while having a bit of fun along the way!

Our firmwide and national CSR initiatives brought teams together from across the business to support charities and causes on a larger scale. Some of our standout moments include:

  • Disasters Emergency Committee Appeal

We proudly donated £25,000 to the Middle East Humanitarian Appeal, supporting urgent relief effort

  • Movember 2024

With fundraising activities across our offices, we raised £16,000 for men’s health, earning us 3rd place in the Movember Business Club 2024

  • Steps Challenge

Across the firm, we laced up our trainers and raised £1,178 for our local charities by taking part in our annual Steps Challenge

  • Moon Walk for Breast Cancer Now

Our walkers raised a staggering £9,199 to support breast cancer research and care

  • Tough Mudder

Teams from across Menzies got muddy for a great cause, raising £555 for London West charities

  • Make A Difference Week

Our annual volunteering initiative saw over 375 partners and employees take part in hands-on volunteering across the country — supporting schools, charities, and community groups
