I am the HR Director for Menzies, and I am delighted to lead a fantastic team of consummate HR professionals in the worlds of talent management, talent acquisition and learning and development.

My role is to advise the Firm and its partners on people risk and to provide the very best employee value proposition for Menzies employees. My aim is that all colleagues can enjoy rich and varied careers with the Firm and stay with Menzies because they actively enjoy being part of the Menzies community.

I am particularly proud of having been at the forefront of the ‘Better Place to Work’ initiative since its inception in 2019. We have worked hard to research, design, and deliver innovative and proactive health, wellbeing, inclusion, and sustainability polices and practices for Menzies and its employees.

I enjoy working with likeminded, stimulating colleagues who revel in each other’s company.

Outside of work, I am an active ‘quizzer’ and I volunteer locally as a senior school governor.
