Getting Started with the Client Portal
How to log in and other helpful hints
In order to access the Menzies Client Portal you’ll need a username and password. When your Portal account was initially set up, you will have received a welcome email with a link to set a password (this link will expire after 60 days).
If you did not receive your email, please check your email provider spam/junk folder as it may have been filtered.
If you are unable to find this email or your link has expired please just go to the Portal login page and click the set a new password button.
The Menzies Client Portal homepage can be accessed by clicking the M icon, using the Client Portal link at the top of all the Menzies website pages or by clicking the links in any notification emails you receive from the portal.
We recommend you save https://portal.menzies.co.uk to your browser bookmarks or create a shortcut on your mobile device home screen.
Q. What do I do if I have forgotten my login?
A. Go to the Portal login page (https://portal.menzies.co.uk/) and click the set a new password button.
Q. How will I know what to do once I have logged in?
A. There are short video clips throughout the Portal offering guidance on how to upload/download information and sign or approve documents.
