“We are delighted to have received the nomination for this award and as the leader of the Menzies DEI strategy, I am incredibly honoured. We have been implementing multiple programmes here at Menzies to promote diversity and inclusion. This important work has focused on areas such as training, discussions, and representation but I am most appreciative of being able to hear my colleagues’ voices clearer than ever before. They will help Menzies on the journey to being truly reflective of the communities within which we work.”
