Bethan is a licensed insolvency practitioner based in our Cardiff office and has a wealth of experience in assisting owner managed businesses to deal with the pressures faced during times of financial strain. Bethan joined Harris Lipman in 2005 and became a partner of Menzies following the merger of the two firms in 2015.
Bethan heads up the Menzies Creditor Services initiative, advising creditors on the best way to protect their position when one of their debtors enters, or is approaching, insolvency proceedings. Beth also heads up our technical team internally ensuring that the business recovery team continues to maintain strength in its systems.
Bethan is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (FABRP), a qualified Joint Insolvency Examinations Board member (JIEB) and a Member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association(MIPA). She is an active member of ACCA, sitting on the Member Advisory Committee and International Assembly as well as being a member of the R3 Committee for the South West and Wales.
