I am a Partner and licenced insolvency practitioner in the Menzies Business Recovery team advising clients in a diverse range of sectors who are facing financial distress.
I help clients find a suitable solution to their financial status. These include advising on members’ and creditors’ voluntary liquidations, administrations, company voluntary arrangements, bankruptcy matters, individual voluntary arrangements and distressed advisory matters.
I have been fortunate enough to work on matters where, on first review, the potential for a return to creditors looks slim to non-existent but, with an extensive review, building the right professional team and concerted effort, I have been able to secure positive outcomes for creditors. Further, one particularly matter springs to mind where I was appointed Administrator, traded the business successfully for 9 months to then return the company to the directors as a going concern.
There are a number of things in my life that bring me joy; the great outdoors, particularly the mountains, and good food with even better company.
