Business tax

I am a Business Tax Manager working in both compliance and advisory. I am primarily based in the Heathrow office, additionally supporting the Leatherhead tax team.

Day to day, I support the team with compliance matters and help ensure all compliance obligations are met for our clients, whilst always seeking to proactively identify tax-planning opportunities to help our clients become more tax-efficient and meet their business goals. My experience covers a wide range of issues that may face businesses, including group structures and reorganisations, capital allowances, tax-efficient profit extraction, employment benefits and share schemes, R&D, HMRC enquiries, and general tax planning for owner-managed businesses.

I am a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser, having qualified in early 2020.

Alternative career:

Before turning to accounts and tax, I was a professional musician having trained as a piano accompanist.

I am the chair of and clarinettist in the Kew Wind Orchestra, one of the country’s leading amateur wind orchestras.
