I am the Company Secretarial Director based in our London office, overseeing the company secretarial team who look after the day to day company secretarial needs of our clients, as well as undertaking the more complex statutory work from transfer and allotment of shares to share for share transfers, and more.
I commenced my Company Secretarial career in 1996, when I joined Group Strategic Consultants, who specialised in the restructuring of group companies. In 2010 I joined Harris Lipman LLP and Menzies in 2015 following the merger with Harris Lipman LLP.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading and cooking.
