Mandare un dipendente a lavorare nel Regno Unito

Una guida per i dipendenti all’estero e per le aziende per cui lavorano

Spesso si pensa, erroneamente, che si possa lavorare fino a 183 giorni nel Regno Unito senza incorrere in obblighi fiscali. In realtà, un solo giorno di lavoro (escludendo qualsiasi compito secondario al lavoro oltremanica) è sufficiente per comportare questi obblighi fiscali.

Prima di mandare un dipendente a lavorare nel Regno Unito ci sono varie questioni da valutare, tra cui:

  • il diritto al lavoro
  • gli obblighi del datore di lavoro
  • la tassazione del Regno Unito
  • il sistema previdenziale del Regno Unito
  • la creazione di una sede permanente
