Four bright sparks promoted to Partner

We are delighted to announce four senior-level promotions across our central London and Woking offices.

Tom Woods - Menzies Accountant

Tom Woods, Audit & Compliance Partner

Taking our Audit Team from strength to strength, joining the partnership based at the Woking office With a background in property and construction, technology and international groups, Woods specialises in providing accounting, audit, and advisory services. Recognised for his pragmatic, hands-on approach, Woods helps businesses to optimise their processes and performance.

Reinforcing the Transaction Services team in London, Jonathan Bass, Ross Wiggins, and Matt Haddow are also joining the partnership.

Jonathan Bass - Menzies Accountant

 Jonathan Bass, Business Recovery Partner

As a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, Jonathan Bass helps clients find solutions to financial problems. He advises on members’ and creditors’ voluntary liquidations, administrations, as well as CVAs, bankruptcy matters and individual voluntary arrangements.

Ross Wiggins

Ross Wiggins, Corporate Finance Partner

With over 16 years’ experience in corporate finance , during which he has brought together financial and tax teams on transaction support and financial due diligence projects, ranging from £1 to £50 million. His strong market and technical knowledge has established a diverse client base of UK and International corporates, private equity and banks.

Matt Haddow, Forensic Services Partner

Matt Haddow is an experienced forensic accountant who is often instructed to act as an expert accountant in civil and criminal matters, and to conduct financial investigations. Haddow combines technical knowledge and a practical approach, involving many aspects of accounting, valuation, and financial matters. His expertise includes acting in relation to breach-of-contract, and loss-of-profits claims, as well as claims arising following corporate transactions. He also works with corporates, insolvency practitioners and regulators on fraud investigations and asset tracing exercises.
