Our Corporate Finance Team recently advised the senior management team of AutoLogic Systems on the sale of the business to Routeco Group, for an undisclosed sum.
A Menzies client since it was founded in 1993, AutoLogic is a leading provider of simulation products, consulting and related services, offering a unique range of solutions for improving efficiency in the manufacturing, transport and logistics sectors. As a Value-Added Reseller of Emulate3D by Rockwell Automation, as well as other world-renowned solutions including the TOPS Software, AutoLogic boasts many leading house-hold names as clients, such as Nestlé, Homebase and Gatwick Airport.
Since 1978, Routeco has successfully established itself as one of the UK’s leading distributors of industrial automation and control products. AutoLogic has successfully partnered with Routeco since 2019, when the Emulate3D software was acquired by Rockwell Automation.
Our Corporate Finance Team assisted AutoLogic with presenting their business, supporting negotiations through to completion and providing Due Diligence support.
