ABOUT THE JOBCROWD TOP COMPANIES AWARD
The JobCrowd Top Companies Award is the UK’s leading top graduate and apprentice employer ranking, based entirely on employee feedback.
On a yearly basis, we collate a list of all our trainees who joined in the past year and ask them to provide their feedback. The survey asks trainees to rate their workplace and job based on 13 key elements, according to their experiences as a new recruit. These cover things such as salary, career progression, training offered, or the overarching culture of the company.
The rating is then collated using data from survey completed by newly employed graduates and apprentices, and every company is ranked according to their average score across 13 aspects of their experiences, covered in the survey.
We are also measured against other firms in our accountancy and finance sector, which gives us an opportunity to benchmark ourselves against our competitors. The JobCrowd survey results give an opportunity for future applicants to find out further details about job roles and industry insights such as average working hours.
