Our deal advisory team recently advised the shareholders of Pharmahouse on the sale of the business for an undisclosed sum to Napoli-based Petrone Group. Pharmahouse, a specialist pharmaceutical wholesaler, has enjoyed excellent growth due to their reputation for high quality and reliable solutions.
Pharmahouse will provide Petrone Group with a stronger foothold in the European market, enabling it to respond more effectively to the needs of its clients across the world. The acquisition will increase business opportunities for both Pharmahouse and Petrone Group. As a Group Company, Pharmahouse will also be able to expand the portfolio of services it offers, ultimately under the Euromed brand.
The business will continue to be led by Managing Director Chris Scott and the existing management team, ensuring continuity for clients and staff.
