I am a tax advisor with over 25 year of accounting and tax experience. Whilst I have worked on a diverse portfolio of clients during my career (corporate clients, partnerships and individuals) my focus during the last 10 years plus has been on the corporate client, including UK and international groups.
My day to day role includes such aspects as corporate compliance and advisory, tax due diligence and employer related securities matters, and any ad hoc issues that may arise.
