I joined Menzies in 2022 as a Learning and Development Manager where I oversee the Menzies Academy, handling the Professional development of all Menzies employees to help them develop to their full potential over all the offices, with a strong focus on; Technical, Business Development & Commercial, leadership & Personal Effectiveness and Digital & IT skills.
I have over 12 Years’ worldwide experience in L&D with a strong background in developing and implementing learning strategies alongside project management, inducting, and onboarding large volumes of intakes with Meta, Heathrow Airport, and in Nigeria where I was involved in the implementation of setting up Training departments, coaching, mentoring, and developing Trainees. I am a qualified IQA, Assessor and Learning & Development Consultant through CIPD on an Associate Level.
I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and part of this team in Menzies.
Alternative Career Choice:
Growing up I always wanted to become an accountant, but initially chose the path of finance where I wanted to become a financial advisor. This soon changed as my passion for people took over my career path, and I chose to go into Training and then Learning and development.
I love to build up people and see them grow as this is really rewarding, and it’s my passion to help people and take them to the next level with an empathetic approach to their needs.
