About
I am a Senior Manager within the Private Client Tax team at Menzies and work out of our Cardiff office. With over 20 years experience working in accountancy and tax, I cover a wide breadth of tax matters such as high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates, tax residency issues, and general UK compliance.
I aim to assist clients in a number of ways from compliance matters to providing proactive advice and resolutions to their challenges. I’m fortunate to work in a close knit team that can work together to bring practical planning solutions for clients that takes into account all factors and scenarios, not only tax.
I’m also passionate about working through enquiries and disputes between clients and HMRC. I work closely with our Tax Disputes and Disclosure colleagues to assist clients in corresponding with HMRC, bringing disputes to an early resolution and keeping both HMRC and our clients happy.
Outside of work, I’m kept very busy by my young family, and you’ll usually find us up a mountain or by the sea. When I get a quieter few moments, I’ll be curled up with a good book and a cup of tea!
