As a Senior Client Service Manager, I am dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to all clients as well as supporting the Financial Planners and other team members, to ensure all clients receive the best possible outcomes.
I enjoy client interaction, and believe this approach establishes trust and builds strong working relationships between me and the clients, and Menzies as a whole.
I’ve worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years and I have gained a wealth of knowledge over this time.
Outside of work, I enjoy movie nights with my husband. For me it’s a form of escapism where I can switch off entirely from the outside world. I also love regular walks with my dog, Maya, but not when it’s bitterly cold.
