Senior HR Manager


I am a Senior HR Manager for Menzies; I manage a team of 3 and provide generalist support to Partners and employees. My specialism is employee relations and policies.

Another part of my role is to manage the apprenticeship programme on behalf of Menzies and this goes hand in hand with the relationships Menzies has with the training providers and professional accountancy bodies .

What I enjoy most about my role is mentoring and developing my colleagues by sharing my knowledge and experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and seeing what I can grow in my garden from flowers to fruit and vegetables.
