About
I am a relationship manager and Hospitality & Leisure industry specialist within Menzies Solent office audit & assurance team.
I aim to gain a deep understanding of my clients’ businesses and the challenges facing them, to be in a position to provide tailored, high value advice that focusses on the big wins. Key to this is building long term relationships with my clients.
Shortly after qualifying as a chartered accountant, I spent 3 months seconded to Sydney, Australia as part of an HLB network programme, which was an amazing experience. One of my proudest moments at Menzies was advising a Hospitality & Leisure client of VAT legislation they weren’t aware of that resulted in a significant refund. Within industry, I spent two years away from Menzies running a number of bars, restaurants & a nightclub in South London and successfully navigated the businesses through the Covid-19 pandemic.
I’m a gamer at heart and enjoy nothing more than sitting down with some friends online to smash some buttons at the end of a busy day. That or playing pool at a good sports bar.
