I am a Manager in the Systems Advisory, with the Outsourcing Department. Each day I get to work with new and existing clients reviewing their current financial and operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas of frustration with the aim to provide solutions to these issues through cloud software and process analysis. I work across all sectors but have greatest experience in Charity and Not for Profit and Professional Services, specialising in cloud accounting software, systems advisory, and process mapping.
I help my clients to create more time for them to focus externally, on growing their businesses and using their skill set, by ensuring the internal systems are working in the most efficient and easy manner as they can.
It is always a proud moment when you receiving feedback from happy clients. Being told that “having access to my knowledge is an investment every business should consider doing” had me smiling from ear to ear for days!
Outside of work, I have a passion for music. Whether that’s going to gigs or singing with my bandmates, it is always great to spend some time to less the stresses of life out.
