I am a Partner at Menzies specialising in Global Mobility, supporting organisations in managing and mobilising their international workforce effectively. With over 15 years’ experience in professional services, I work with businesses to navigate the complexities of cross-border employment, ensuring compliance while enabling strategic growth.
Within Employer Solutions, I lead and grow the team delivering Global Mobility, International Payroll, and Employment Tax & Compliance services. My focus is on building a cohesive offering that supports clients with the full lifecycle of international workforce management, across a wide range of sectors.
I work closely with clients to design and implement practical, commercially focused global mobility solutions. This includes developing mobility policies, managing international payroll, and supporting compliance across tax and immigration requirements. I have led multiple end-to-end global mobility implementations and supported organisations in adapting to evolving workforce trends, such as international remote working, helping them balance flexibility with risk management.
I’ve had the opportunity to lead complex global mobility programmes across industries including Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Luxury Goods, and Financial Services, as well as undertake secondments within Banking, Insurance, and Technology sectors. I was also shortlisted for a 2023 FEM EMMA award for “Best Partnership between a Corporate Organisation and a Service Provider” and have contributed thought leadership within the industry, including speaking at a global mobility conference on the future of mobility in a digital world.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and keeping active, as well as exploring new destinations—something that naturally complements my interest in global cultures and ways of working.
