I’m a Director of Marketing Services at Menzies LLP, helping ambitious organisations turn strategy into measurable growth. I specialise in AI-driven go-to-market strategy, growth marketing, and commercial execution, acting as a growth partner to leadership teams who need clarity, momentum, and results, not just plans.

I lead Menzies Marketing Services, where we bridge the critical strategy–execution gap faced by many growing businesses. My role blends C-level strategic advisory with hands-on operational leadership, supporting clients across go-to-market and growth strategy, AI-powered marketing and automation, B2B and B2C marketing transformation, sales and marketing alignment, and brand positioning and market entry.

I help organisations move from ambition to execution with confidence. This approach has delivered outcomes such as £600k+ order books from market entry, 1,000+ qualified leads through AI-driven outreach, and significant revenue growth across B2B and B2C environments. Career highlights include driving 345% revenue growth at my consultancy, 16th Ventures, culminating in a successful business sale; building a UK market entry from zero to a £600k order book for an international agency; delivering a €2.5M sales pipeline through strategic repositioning and integrated marketing at a global brand; and pioneering practical GenAI education by designing and delivering “Applied GenAI: Turn Theory into Campaigns” for leading higher-education institutions.
