Runcorn, Cheshire based Abbey Fire UK brings a team of 83 staff and specialises in commercial kitchen fire suppression and duct cleaning, working with major retail and hospitality brands across the UK. The business is a long‑established provider of Ansul commercial kitchen fire suppression systems, ductwork cleaning and fire extinguisher services, and has developed a strong national presence with a high-profile client list that includes Asda, Pets at Home, Farmfoods, Greene King, Pizza Hut and Welcome Break.
The acquisition of Abbey Fire strengthens Obsequio Group’s fire safety capabilities and supports its ongoing buy‑and‑build strategy within the compliance sector.
