I am a Partner in the Deal Advisory team at Menzies, leading a wide range of transactions for entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses. Whether it’s a business sale, acquisition, or growth funding,
I work closely with clients to help them achieve successful outcomes at pivotal moments in their journey.
With over 18 years of experience advising on corporate transactions, I bring a calm and solutions-focused approach to what can often be complex, high-stakes processes. I joined Beever and Struthers in 2021, having previously advised clients across various sectors on everything from MBOs to private equity and strategic acquisitions. I then joined Menzies through a merger in 2025.
No two transactions are ever the same, and that variety is what drives me. Helping clients navigate such significant, often life-changing, events is something I find genuinely rewarding.
Outside of work, I’m a keen boxing fan – though very much a spectator these days! I also enjoy spending time at many of Manchester’s local pubs and watering holes.
