Menzies has provided financial and tax due diligence to Swedish-based Amplex AB in relation to its acquisition of APP Lifting Services Ltd, a UK specialist manufacturer and supplier of lifting equipment, focused on heavy lifting in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
Founded in Doncaster with an additional base in Barking, London, APP Lifting Services offers both standard products and unique solutions developed to meet specific customer requirements, such as manual and electric counterweight lifting beams, multi-point lifting beams and lifting frames. The acquisition further strengthens Amplex’s position in the lifting technology and material handling sector in the UK.
