Our Deal Advisory team recently advised the shareholders of Driven International Limited, a motorsport design consultancy business, on the sale to Ridge and Partners LLP.
Driven International, based in Hook, has built a global reputation for the design and delivery of world-class racing circuits, automotive test tracks and driver training facilities across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Driven’s portfolio includes high-profile projects such as the Lara Racing Circuit in Bulgaria, whilst previously working on upgrades for Formula 1 circuit Yas Marina in Abu Dhabi and the Mandalika International Street Circuit for MotoGP alongside Mrk1 Consulting.
The acquisition by Ridge marks a strategic expansion into the high-growth motorsport and automotive infrastructure market, adding complementary design expertise and international reach to Ridge’s established consulting platform.
The business will continue to be led by Managing Director, Ben Willshire and the existing management team.
