Our Corporate Finance team have advised the owners of Quelch Engineering Ltd on the successful sale of the company to Owner Venture Managers, a private equity firm specialising in manufacturing, contracting and processing, for an undisclosed sum. The sellers were the second generation of the family to run the business and were looking to retire.

For over 50 years Quelch Engineering has been based in Uxbridge Middlesex, maintaining a reputation for innovative cnc machining and manufacturing skills across a high technology client base encompassing the Aerospace, Telecommunications, Motor Sport, Medical, Marine, Instrumentation and Petrochemical Industries.
Menzies supported Quelch Engineering through the process of identifying a suitable purchaser who could enable the sellers to exit with the reassurance that the new owners could lead the business through to a new chapter.
