As a Client Services Manager, I am dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to all clients, as well as supporting our Financial Planners. My main responsibility is to ensure that all administrative tasks relating to the advice provided are carried out efficiently whilst prioritising excellent client service.
To fulfil this role, I have acquired several qualifications, including a Diploma in Financial Planning, Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice, and Certificate in Regulated Equity Release.
Aside from work, I take pleasure in spending quality time with my family. Additionally, I find it gratifying to maintain my fitness by regularly visiting the nearby gym.
