I’m a Manager in the Not‑for‑Profit Audit team at Menzies London office. Most of my clients are social housing providers – ranging from some of the country’s largest organisations to smaller providers with strong roots in their local communities.
In my role, I lead audit teams to deliver clear, reliable financial assurance that strengthens governance and helps not‑for‑profits stay focused on their mission.
I began my career at the UK’s largest public sector audit provider, working with NHS bodies and local authorities across the country. During this time, I supported clients in improving their systems and processes, safeguarding public funds, and championing the use of digital tools and AI to enhance efficiency.
One of my standout career moments was leading the audit of a newly formed local council with over £1 billion in annual expenditure after its predecessor authority had gone bankrupt. Stepping into a high‑risk, high‑pressure environment, I guided the team through significant uncertainty, rebuilt audit understanding from scratch, and worked closely with senior finance leaders to establish strong controls and restore financial stability.
Outside of work I am enthusiastic about staying active, both in and out of the gym. I also love football and house music, and balance this out with trips to the pub and eating good food.
