As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, I manage a team of Recruiters to attract, engage and hire great people into the firm, from Trainees right through to Partners. I work closely with hiring managers across the business to understand what talent they need, shape recruitment strategies and make sure we’re giving people a positive experience throughout.
My business specialisms are Talent Acquisition and HR. I partner with my clients by really understanding their teams, challenges and hiring needs, then providing honest advice and proactive recruitment support. I aim to delight them by making the process smooth, keeping communication clear and helping them secure the right people for their teams.
I’m most proud of transforming our Talent Acquisition delivery from a reactive recruitment function into a more proactive, data-led and commercially focused talent partner. Over the last year, I’ve led the team to deliver record hiring across 11 locations, significantly reduce time to hire and save the firm over 40% in agency spend through a stronger direct-hiring strategy.
Outside of work, my family brings me the most joy. They are a huge source of motivation and energy for me. I have two sons, who are my absolute joy, and they remind me every day why I work hard and keep pushing myself.
