About
I am an Assistant Manager working with a portfolio of SME clients across a range of industries, with a particular focus on the manufacturing sector. Through this experience, I have developed a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by growing businesses.
In my day-to-day role, I oversee audit engagements and support the delivery of high-quality audits from planning through to completion. I lead and mentor audit teams, guiding them through the audit process while ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
My approach to client service is centred on building strong relationships and maintaining open communication throughout the audit. I work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure we deliver the best possible service, focusing on timely audits and providing a smooth experience that leaves a positive impression with clients.
One of my proudest moments in my career has been seeing the teams I work with develop and succeed while delivering audits that clients trust and value.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, going to the gym, and playing football. These activities help me maintain a healthy work-life balance, allow me to recharge, and ensure I bring energy and focus to both my professional and personal life
