About

I am a Senior Manager within our Internal Audit team, where I’ve spent the past 16 years specialising in supporting not-for-profit organisations. My goal is to ensure internal audit is seen as a positive and valuable experience, helping clients to strengthen operations, improve value for money, and ultimately serve their communities more effectively.

My experience spans social housing, education, central government, regulators, and charities. Over the past decade, I’ve led engagements for some of the largest organisations in these sectors and headed funding assurance work on behalf of the ESFA and Homes England.

I’m passionate about people development – whether that’s mentoring aspiring accountants or supporting the growth of our RAA team. I also volunteer as a school governor, where I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to improvement journeys and gain first-hand insight into the challenges our clients face.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, countryside walks and runs, and attending live music events – including six trips to Glastonbury! I love spending time with my two boys, especially building dens and playing football, and I still lose regularly at card games with my 94-year-old Grandma.
