I head up the marketing and business development team for Menzies and I am responsible for our overriding marketing/BD strategy and implementation. This covers all areas of the marketing mix.
My clients are the Partners and Directors that head up the sector and service lines across Menzies. My role helps to guide their marketing activities to ensure they showcase the expertise and credentials of their teams.
I have always worked in the accountancy field and I am most proud of the teams I have built. A strong marketing team adds real value to the business and helps them to be a successful and profitable firm. I am also proud of how we work with the business, motivating teams to focus on the BD activity that best suits their skillset with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Lots of things bring me joy but mostly my two boys growing up into well rounded young men, even through they drive me mad at times! Also, being outside on long walks with my dog Buffer in the sunshine.
