I am a Director within Menzies and primarily deal with SME businesses together with companies with an International connection. I have particular expertise in the Manufacturing sector with emphasis on enhancing management information and growing margins.
I have a hands-on approach with clients and offer advice and support on compliance matters, corporate tax planning, corporate governance, raising funds for growth and other strategic matters. I also deal with corporate finance activities and have a wealth of experience in company acquisition and disposals.
I have an established international network of contacts and regularly travel on business overseas.
Outside of the office, I enjoy karate, cricket and football. I love to travel and experience different cultures, languages and customs.
