I am a Manager within the Business Tax team at Menzies, with a specific focus on advising on the tax implications of transactions, including corporate reconstructions, tax due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
During my career, I have supported a variety of different clients across many sectors. I mainly advise privately owned businesses and large corporates and I enjoy providing proactive advice to offer tax and commercial solutions to address challenges that clients face.
I have many interests and hobbies including playing netball, watching tennis and spending time with friends and family.
