About

I work with Menzies HR clients to help them manage their HR admin processes in the most cost efficient way.

I have many years’ experience of working in client services with Menzies and appreciate what’s important to our SME clients. Making efficient use of resources is one of them, so that’s what I aim to help them do!

I am an HR system ‘super-user’ and can help clients squeeze maximum value out of the technology.

With my team, we act as ‘system administrator’ for many clients when they do not have (or want) someone in-house to look after all the HR data. For some we also provide the complete ‘HR back office’ looking after not just the system but all of the administration for new starters, leavers and everything in between.
