About
I am a Manager within the HR Services team a Menzies and have a specific focus and expertise in supporting our clients with their HR systems and admin requirements.
I have many years’ experience working in client services with Menzies and appreciate what’s important to our SME clients. Making efficient use of resources is one of them, so that’s what I aim to help them do! As an HR system ‘super-user’ I can help clients squeeze maximum value out of the HR technology and bring efficiencies to their HR processes.
With my team, we act as ‘system administrator’ for many clients when they do not have (or want) someone in-house to look after all the HR data. For some we also provide the complete ‘HR back office’ looking after not just the system but all of the administration for new starters, leavers and everything in between.
I enjoy my role and the challenges it brings. Building relationships with my clients and giving them positive outcomes and a valuable service is something which gives me a real sense of achievement.
Outside of work I volunteer with both GirlGuiding and The Duke Of Edinburgh Award Scheme. I really enjoy giving young people the opportunity to have new experiences and gain new skills – as Gold Award holder I know how valuable this can be as they progress through education and move into the adult world.
