My role means helping our people be brilliant at what they do, now and in the future. Day to day entails shaping leadership and management development and ensuring colleagues the required knowledge, skills, confidence to support Menzies growth ambitions.
My sweet spot is leadership and management development, career pathways, and delivering a memorable and impactful learner experience that actually makes a difference. I’ve worked across a mix of sectors, from tech and fintech to education and professional services, so I bring a broad, commercial lens, particularly around consulting, sales capability, and organisational growth.
Whether I’m working with partners, colleagues or teams, it’s about understanding what success looks like for them and translating that into learning that sticks. I like to challenge thinking (in a friendly way!), simplify the complex, and create experiences that people actually enjoy, not endure.
I’m most proud of working with an organisation where there’s been an opportunity that genuinely move the dial, whether that’s boosting engagement, reducing turnover or helping organisations grow. A standout moment was designing a global learning strategy that both improved employee experience and directly supported revenue growth. When learning connects to real business impact, that’s when it gets exciting.
Inside work, it’s watching confidence grow. Outside of work, I love anything that switches off the work brain, walking, cooking and I am a keen gardener.
