Menzies has provided financial due diligence to SDR Group in relation to its acquisition of Patcham Nursing Home, based in Brighton.
SDR Group is a privately owned housing and social care provider in East Sussex. This acquisition marks SDR Group’s first nursing care facility and the fourth addition to their elderly care home portfolio. It represents a significant step forward in their commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the most vulnerable members of the community.
Menzies’ Deal Advisory team, led by Ross Wiggins and supported by Matt Denley, assisted SDR Group throughout the transaction, providing financial due diligence as well as transaction support. This was alongside David Emery, Fiona Kelleher and James Corbett of Winkworth Sherwood who assisted on the Legal side and Pat Begley and Andrew Kennedy of MacConvilles who assisted on the Buildings & M&E side.
