London, May 2025: Menzies LLP, a leading accountancy and strategic advisory firm, today announces the expansion of its Deal Advisory team with two senior appointments. Greg Cox joins as a Partner based in London, and Dominic Lowbridge joins as a Director working across the Solent and London offices.
The appointments come as Menzies continues to grow its advisory offering following the firm’s move to its new flagship office at 95 Gresham Street, in the heart of London’s financial district.
Greg Cox brings significant experience in lead advisory, having advised shareholders, management teams and private equity investors on a wide range of transactions. Prior to joining Menzies, he held senior roles at FRP Advisory and Deloitte, where he built a strong track record in domestic and cross-border M&A. Greg specialises in advising entrepreneurial businesses across the mid-market, helping them to navigate the full deal lifecycle.
Dominic Lowbridge joins the firm’s Solent office as a Director with a focus on financial due diligence. Dominic has spent more than a decade in corporate finance, most recently at RSM UK, and has developed a strong reputation for supporting large corporates, international clients, private equity houses and banks on transactions of up to £100m.
