Our Corporate Finance Team recently acted as the exclusive advisor for the directors of Urns (UK) Limited on the sale of the business to Groupe Dunatis, for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Watford, and founded in 2010, Urns UK is a family run business providing a variety of urns, caskets, pendants and keepsakes – many of which are designed and created in-house and cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
Founded in 1998, Groupe Dunatis specialises in manufacturing, cutting, shaping, and finishing of granite, marble, limestone, slate, and other stones for buildings. Groupe Dunatis is a leader within its field, with 6,000 customers, 60 employees and 8 brands marketing in 5 countries – France, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Our corporate finance team provided transaction support and guidance throughout the selling process to Urns UK to ensure the firm was achieving the best possible outcome.
