1. Submit your application
Fill out the application form for the role you’re interested in to share your academic background, interests, and experience, helping us get to know you better.
2. Online Testing
If your application is successful, you will be invited to participate in testing– a chance to show us your skills in action!
3. Online Interview
After advancing past the testing stage, you’ll receive an invitation to engage in a conversation with our Talent Acquisition team via MS Teams. Rest assured, you’ll be speaking with a real person so bring your authentic self!
4. Final Stage
Congrats on making it to the final stage! Depending on the role, you’ll either join us at an assessment centre – immersing yourself in our office environment, connecting with current trainees, and engaging in exciting tasks and interviews – or come in for a face-to-face interview at our office to showcase your potential in person.

These tools can assist with formatting, grammar, and phrasing, particularly helpful if you’re new to writing professional documents and want to present your experiences clearly and effectively. That said, it’s crucial that the final version accurately reflects your own background, education, and aspirations. AI should enhance your ability to communicate your strengths, not fabricate achievements or misrepresent your story. When used thoughtfully and honestly, AI can help you make a strong and authentic first impression. However, it is unacceptable to use AI to answer questions during interviews or assessments, as doing so undermines the integrity of the process and fails to demonstrate your genuine abilities.
