Menzies Annual Property Market Update Event

Join us for an insightful presentation and practical take aways from our keynote speakers Tom Sharman Head of Research & Strategy, Real Estate Finance at NatWest & RBS and Lawrence Bowles, Senior Analyst in Savills Residential Research Team.

The evening will start with a tax update from Rebecca Wilkinson, Property Director at Menzies, followed by Tom who will provide an overview of the commercial market and then Lawrence will give an overview of the residential market.

There will also be a chance to ask our speakers questions and the opportunity to network with other property contacts.

Rebecca Wilkinson, Property Director, Menzies
Rebecca specialises in property tax and provides tax planning consultancy to both commercial and residential property investors and developers.

Tom Sharman, Head of Strategy & Research, Real Estate Finance, at NatWest and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Tom is responsible for setting a through-the-cycle strategy for the group’s £30bn loan book, as well as keeping clients updated on developing market trends.

Lawrence Bowles, Senior Analyst, Savills Residential Research Team
Lawrence provides market intelligence and advice to clients and has recently written publications on residential investment, purpose-built student housing, and retirement housing.
