Tom is responsible for setting a through-the-cycle strategy for the group’s £30bn loan book, as well as keeping clients updated on developing market trends.
Lawrence Bowles, Senior Analyst, Savills Residential Research Team
Lawrence provides market intelligence and advice to clients and has recently written publications on residential investment, purpose-built student housing, and retirement housing.
