Menzies is pleased to announce that it has advised Gattaca on its acquisition of Infosec People, a boutique cyber and technology recruitment consultancy based in Cheltenham.
Gattaca plc is a Hampshire-based STEM talent partner, founded in 1984, supporting clients globally in addressing their most significant talent challenges. Infosec People had previously undergone a management buyout, which introduced additional complexities into the sale process and required careful consideration as part of the transaction with Gattaca.
Menzies provided financial and tax due diligence services to Gattaca and supported the senior management team throughout the transaction through to completion. We also worked closely with the legal advisers on financial and tax matters within the SPA, ensuring clarity and alignment across all key elements of the deal.
