I’m Zi, and I’m a Manager in our Risk, Assurance and Advisory (RAA) team, working with a portfolio of not-for-profit clients ranging from small to medium-sized organisations. I enjoy supporting clients across internal audit, process improvement and regulatory compliance, while acting as a trusted ‘critical friend’ to help them strengthen their control environments.
Internally, I co-manage our RAA Graduate Programme, overseeing the development and progression of our graduates. It’s something I take great pride in, and I really enjoy supporting and mentoring them as they build their careers.
Outside of work, it’s all about sport… and then some more sport. You’ll usually find me either watching or playing football, cricket, padel, snooker, badminton, or even darts (if that counts!). I’m also an optimistic – some would say slightly deluded – Manchester United fan, and every season starts with the same belief: this is our year!
