About

I am an Assistant Manager in the Menzies Outsourcing department and part of the Hospitality & Leisure sector, joining the accountancy profession after a career in restaurants and events. I specialise in systems and process improvements, focussed on improving client financial insights and business operations.

I create month-end reports for SME clients to help track KPIs, forecast and non-financial data to give a full picture of activity. I have also implemented new software for many clients, tailoring each approach to help with streamlining internal process and upgrade functionality. I also provide training on software and bookkeeping best practices, particularly in a fast-evolving accountancy landscape.

My favourite part of my job is working with people, both my own team and clients ensuring the best experiences and environments. With a background in fine dining, customer service is key in everything I do.
