I spent my early career in the Australian Defence industry where I became involved in the quality assurance of ship and aircraft maintenance.
After 12 years in Defence, I decided to transfer my skills to a new industry and joined a mid-tier accounting firm in Sydney where I was responsible for standardising procedures and implementing systems to support the business to efficiently and consistently provide high-quality services to its clients.
Following my desire to explore the world, in 2011 I joined a London-based software company where I was responsible for implementing Practice Management, CRM and Business Process Automation solutions in accounting practices across the UK and Europe. This role gave me the opportunity to spend a year working on a project in my mother’s birth country, Malta, before eventually basing myself in London.
Having developed a passion for helping accounting businesses to excel through the use of technology, I joined Menzies in 2017. I am working on a number of exciting and innovative projects that aim to provide staff and clients with an outstanding technological experience of being involved with Menzies.
