Key elements of our HR software include:

Employee Records

Record and store details of employees, their role, contract and salary info, emergency contact details and company equipment issued. Delegate edit rights to the appropriate people in your business.

Absence Management

Employees can easily submit holiday requests for their line manager to approve or decline without even logging in. Record sickness and other forms of absence. Keep track of used, pending and available absence totals and view a team calendar to see who’s off.
Reminders and Alerts – send reminders that automatically trigger for key events such as end of probation, performance reviews, birthdays etc.

Company Handbook and Documents

A digital version of your company handbook, policies and procedures for your staff to access online. ‘Read and Accept’ function for your key policies. You can also maintain individual personnel files by attaching documents to each employee’s record.

Reporting

Run workforce reports across your whole business and down to more detailed levels, with the ability to export to spreadsheets.

Employee Directory

Enable employees to quickly source contact details of colleagues throughout the business and also key external contacts.

Work Patterns

The system will record the custom work patterns of part time and flexible workers and calculate entitlements accordingly.

Payroll

Menzies Payroll clients can upload payroll data direct to the system and access payroll reports. Online payslips are available for employees via the employee portal.

Health and Safety

Manage your accident book on line and easily access reports. Maintain a list of equipment issued and set up automatic reminders for renewal or return if an employee leaves.
